8. Warranties and Liabilities

• Warranties: The Company provides warranties for workmanship and materials as specified in the contract. Warranties do not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or alterations by the Client.
• Liabilities: The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of the Services will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the course of the project confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Services or contract will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as specified in the contract. Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be as outlined in the contract.

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate the contract if the Client breaches any terms or fails to comply with payment or other obligations. Termination terms will be specified in the contract.
